Service Plans

It’s important to have ongoing servicing annually, (or at least every 2 years for tubs with only occasional residential use) to keep your hot tub running smoothly so that you can enjoy it fully. This helps to prolong the lifespan of the hot tub, ensuring that it is running at its most efficient which helps reduce running costs, and to maintain optimal water conditions for safe bathing. We offer a range of servicing options that can be tailored to suit your own personal requirements.

If you are looking for a basic servicing package but still takes care of the most important maintenance areas, you might be interested in our Bronze Service.  

It includes: 

Pipe flush 

Draining the hot tub 

Clean filter 

Clean and vacuum out the hot tub 

Deep clean and sanitise plumbing and pipework 

Clean cover and pillows 

Refill the hot tub 

Balance water* 

It includes everything in the Bronze Service plus: 

Full inspection of pumps and wiring 

Full inspection of the gaskets and replace if required  

Full inspection of the seals and replace if required

It includes everything in the Silver service plus: 

Replacement of filter if needed (at additional cost) 

Full performance check 

Pipework inspection 

Removal of jets/inserts and clean and inspect them 

Prime all pumps of air and recommission 

*We are only able to balance the chemicals fully when the water is warm, chlorine tablets will be added if the water is cold and chemicals left to balance the water once the hot tub is warm. 

+Mileage for servicing is free within a 30-mile radius of our unit in Aviemore. Outside this 30-mile radius mileage would be £1 per mile one way.
