Our Story

Meet Rocky, our fearless leader and undisputed top dog. He may be new to the team, but he’s already claimed every heart (and chair) in the office. 

When he’s not busy dreaming of global squirrel domination from his favourite nap spot, he’s out in the field making sure John and Kiri are staying on task—and charming our customers with his cuteness. 

Rocky runs a tight ship, but don’t worry—he works for treats, belly rubs, and the occasional squeaky toy sacrifice. A true professional. 

Kiri is the powerhouse that keeps this whole operation running smoother than a freshly serviced hot tub. With more plates spinning than a circus act, it’s a mystery how she hasn’t defied the laws of physics (or at least gravity). 

One minute she’s knee-deep in admin and invoicing, the next she’s out on the road with John, helping with repairs and services. And if you think she takes a break—think again. She’s got one hand on a spinning plate and the other coordinating the team via phone like a logistics ninja, making sure we are all doing ok, that everything’s running like clockwork and making sure our customers are ok.  

Basically, if the company had a heartbeat, it would be Kiri. 

John is our resident hot tub whisperer and the human encyclopaedia of all things bubbly and spa-like. With years of hands-on experience under his belt (and probably washers, screws and a wrench in his pocket), he turned his dream into reality by founding Aviemore Hot Tubs—a company built on trust, reliability, and the occasional splash. 

Much like a hot tub with no off switch, John is always on the go. Sitting still? Not in his skill set. Whether he’s fixing jets, delivering top-tier customer service, or sneaking cakes into the office like a dessert ninja, John does it all with a grin and a can-do attitude that could power a hot tub pump. 

Simply put: if it needs fixing, lifting, delivering, or cheering up—John’s your guy. 

Vicky’s our behind-the-scenes superstar, holding down the fort in the office and is Kiri's right hand. A self-confessed nerd, she finds joy where others fear to tread—yes, we’re talking social media, websites, and Excel Spreadsheets.

When she’s not bossing it behind a desk, she’s at home… renovating her house. Or, more accurately, enthusiastically directing her husband on how to renovate it according to the vision she’s got in her head (complete with Pinterest boards). She’s also likes being outdoors—from pottering in the garden, wandering through the wilds, or dipping her toes into a local loch. 

Basically, Vicky’s got a spreadsheet for everything, a plan for the house, and one foot in nature at all times. 

Tania’s been part of the crew for a few years now, and if you're in Aviemore, chances are you'll spot her zipping around in the van like a hot tub superhero on a mission. She's the one making sure your bubbly soak stays five-star—fast, efficient, and with a sixth sense for spa perfection.

When she’s not out taming tubs, Tania’s wrangling dogs (hers, yours, possibly some strays), galloping around on horseback like she's in a Scottish western, or throwing weights around at CrossFit like it owes her money. 

Basically, she’s got more energy than your average energy drink—and we're not entirely sure she sleeps.

Gordon is our resident hot tub wizard for the Grantown-on-Spey, Nethy Bridge, and Carrbridge areas—basically, if there’s a tub that needs TLC in the Highlands, he’s your man. With years of joinery experience under his tool belt, he’s got the perfect mix of logic, creativity, and stubborn perfectionism. He won’t leave until your hot tub is so spotless it practically sparkles in Morse code.

When he's not cruising around in his van like a spa-savvy action hero, Gordon's hurling himself down mountains on a bike—for fun. And if he’s not doing that, he’s making sure other people hurl themselves down safely and on time. Oh, and he does CrossFit too, because apparently gravity, exhaustion, and common sense are just suggestions to him. Where he gets the energy? No one knows. We suspect he bathes in espresso.

If you're in Dalwhinnie, Newtonmore, Kingussie, or Kincraig and spot a van flying by with good vibes blasting from it—it’s probably Monika. As the newest member of the team, she took to the hot tub life like a duck to bubbly water, and now keeps her tubs in such pristine condition they practically hum with joy.

Monika’s got a personality as bubbly as the tubs she cares for, and a heart so gold it might technically be Olympic. In fact, you might hear her before you see her—think cheerful tornado with a toolkit. She’s always on the move, whether she’s walking her dog, pedalling through the hills, or chasing the beat at a local gig. 

Basically, if it involves fresh air, friendly faces, or fun... Monika’s already there.
